Don’t forget to breathe
I know that when I am running around from work to dinner to home. I'm constantly texting or emailing just to catch up, I often forget to just stop and breathe. It sounds so simple. But we all don’t realize how important it is to just stop for a few seconds and take a deep breath. Do it a few times a day, and you’ll realize how something so simple can easily brighten up your day.
