I found the process to be somewhat awkward, but the results are impressive. I have used it for about 2 weeks everyday and have noticed a huge improvement on my teeth whitening. Rather than pinch the charcoal (which is ground down to a fine powder) I prefer to tap my toothbrush head on the top layer of the powder and then get it wet and brush. This saves me from having black looking fingernails! Your teeth will look black while brushing but it goes away once you brush it away and rinse. You might wanna spit alot of it out and keep going for 2 or 3 more brushes. Since I am busy and always want to leave early for work or anything really, I wasnt too happy with the long process of brushing repeatedly plus I still had to brush my teeth with toothpaste afterwards. It basically added 2-3 mins to my morning and evening routines. Still, wonderful product and I am happy I bought it.
This stuff works. I'm 1 week in, and I am seeing results. My coffee stains are gone.
I’m willing to give this a shot. I’m not sure how a mouth full of black coconut shell is going to whiten my teeth but let’s give it a go. A couple things: doesn’t taste bad and that’s good. Makes a big mess! Do not use your fingers. You’ll be digging black powder out of your cuticles. Dip your damp toothbrush in the container. Oh and be ready to explain to people why your electric toothbrush head is a little black.
BB - I’m not sure who came up with this but after people use it unless there is a noticeable difference in their smiles you’ll be chalking this up to a “we tried.”
